Any work requested outside the approved scope may require timeline adjustments, revised pricing, or a separate agreement before work begins.

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements, contact details, and approvals.
• Ensure that any text, media, logos, credentials, or data shared with us may be lawfully used.
• Respond in a timely manner to review requests, feedback cycles, and content dependencies.
• Refrain from using the website or services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Maintain the security of any login credentials, admin access, or connected third-party accounts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the specified due date mentioned on the invoice or proposal. Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, suspension of access, or additional charges where legally permitted.

Deposits, advance payments, and completed milestone payments may be non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Project delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timelines may change due to delayed client feedback, missing content, change requests, third-party service issues, or technical dependencies outside our reasonable control.

Once a project or milestone is delivered, it is the client's responsibility to review the work promptly and provide approval or revision notes within a reasonable timeframe.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, CognitivePixel retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, frameworks, methods, reusable code, design systems, know-how, and proprietary processes. Client-owned content remains the property of the client or its licensors.

Final project files, assets, or usage rights may transfer only after full payment of all applicable invoices and subject to any third-party license restrictions.

CognitivePixel is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, downtime, account suspensions, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers. Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and licensing conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information shared by clients during a project. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, commercial details, or internal materials belonging to CognitivePixel without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate services if there is non-payment, abusive conduct, misuse of our services, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. In such cases, completed work and accrued fees remain payable.

Upon termination, rights granted for unpaid or undelivered materials may immediately cease unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every intended purpose. Business outcomes, rankings, conversions, traffic, and platform performance may depend on many external factors beyond our direct control.

CognitivePixel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall generally not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Gujarat, India, unless a different arrangement is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Continued use of the website or services after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
